Shipping Policies

Shipping Service Providers:

Bow on Top ships exclusively via UPS Ground. 

Timeline:

Due to the hand-packed and hand-curated nature of our gifting business, all orders are packed and prepped for shipping in 2-3 business days AND then ship or picked up for local courier service.

For Example: If you place an order on Sunday, your order will begin processing and prepping for shipment between Monday and Friday of the same week. Once packed for shipping, you will receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information. We strive for and often have gifts out the door sooner than later.

Weekends do not apply toward business days.

Expedited Service:

Consumers may email and request same day and/or expedited fulfillment service. The Bow on Top team will accept expedited fulfillment requests as we are able, but are not guaranteed. 

Consumers who select and purchase expedited shipping services will see their orders fulfilled in 1-2 business days and shipping via the selected expedited service. 

International Shipping:

International shipping timelines are not guaranteed by the carrier. We recommend requesting international shipping destinations - especially throughout the European Union (EU) - be shipped as early as possible before your need by date. Rural EU locations can occasionally take as long as 20 business days for arrival. 

Summer Shipping:

Due to the heat sensitive nature of many of our gifts your recipients may receive equal value and similar in nature substitutions for chocolates and/or meltable gift items when temperatures reach or are above 80 degrees.
