Due to the hand-crafted nature of our gifts, our warehouse inventory can vary based on the availability and seasonality of certain items. If an item is unavailable when you order, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of the same type, equal or greater value, and as close to your original item as possible. This most often applies to our chocolate-based products, especially during the hotter months. We will not substitute an item unless it meets our gift design standards. 

Can I order multiples of the same gift?

If you’d like to purchase 5+ of the same gift, please email hello@shopbowontop.com for delivery arrangements and discounted shipping rates.

Can I request an expedited delivery?

If you have a deadline or expedited arrival date, please do not hesitate to request gifts be delivered by ‘x’ date. While we cannot guarantee expedited turnaround time, we will always strive to ensure your gift arrives for the special occasion. This can be requested via our contact form, on the special instructions box at checkout, or by emailing us at hello@shopbowontop.com.

Shipping & Returns

All gifts are curated by hand and leave our studio in 2-3 business days. Once an order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with UPS tracking information or Local Courier Pick Up.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, we don’t accept returns. Please refer to the FAQs page for further details on shipping + returns.
