This most often applies to our chocolate-based products, especially during the hotter months. We will not substitute an item unless it meets our gift design standards.

All gifts are curated by hand and leave our studio in 2-3 business days. Once an order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with UPS tracking information or Local Courier Pick Up.
Due to the personalized nature of these products, we don’t accept returns. Please refer to the FAQs page for further details on shipping + returns.
