When Burns & McDonnell approached us ahead of this year’s biggest summer event, they wanted a custom gifting experience that celebrates and treats their gift recipients, no matter where the gift finds them. From the turf-lined gift boxes to travel-friendly delivery logistics, this dream team collaboration resulted in 100+ World Cup gift boxes that jetted all over the country to five of this year’s host cities.

With each gift that leaves our warehouse, we consider the delivery timeline, the hotel suite, home, or business it may be arriving at, and if your gift recipients will need to pack those carefully planned-out gift pieces in a suitcase to take back home. This year’s World Cup projects were no different, and with each custom gift made on our tables, we were double- and triple-checking that the gift meant for Boston’s quarterfinal didn’t end up at Kansas City’s knockout matches.
Each gift was thoughtfully assembled to build excitement long before the first whistle, combining premium elements with personal touches tailored to each traveler. We had so much fun with our turf details earlier this year in Scotland, and were so happy to bring it to our client stateside. Plus, we love how these sporty color palettes looked amongst our crisp black gift boxes and lush green grass pieces.
Once unboxed, recipients were greeted with FIFA Official scarves (coordinated with the host city they were in), a stadium-approved clear bag, a hand-packed hangover kit, Loop earplugs, a portable fan, a drink sweater paired with either a water bottle or the custom drink of their choice, along with their custom snack requests (including our go-to Summer of Soccer Popcorn Mix!).
